APPOINTMENTS AND DEPOSITS:
Full payment is required for all appointments, with the amount varying depending on the service(s) requested. We reserve the right to request full payment for any valid reason.

REFUNDS:
While we strive for customer satisfaction, refunds are not offered. Please inform us promptly if you are dissatisfied with our services.

SOCIAL MEDIA PUBLISHING:
We enjoy sharing updates from our salon on social media. By visiting us, you may be photographed or recorded for publication. If you prefer not to have your image used in our posts, please notify us in advance or upon arrival.

POLICY CHANGES:

REFUND POLICY:

We are unable to refund the following items:

Opened packages of Loc Extensions and/or Afro Kinky Hair.
Products that have been manipulated, washed, installed, chemically processed, dyed, or tampered with.
Hair Styling Products and/or Shampoos, Oils.
Mannequins/Virtual class or Training/All items on sale.
