You can book an appointment by clicking the link available on each service page of our website. Simply click the link to start the booking process.
Your stylist will be Inessa, a senior stylist who upholds the highest standards for your locs journey!
Yes, you can choose your preferred time. Simply click the “Book an Appointment” link on any service page of our website and select your desired time during the booking process.
As of now, you won’t be able to book multiple services at the same time.
To book multiple services at the same time, please schedule and book each service individually in the same time slot, provided availability allows. For example, if you want to book two different services, you will need to make two separate bookings.
We are constantly working on new features, and as soon as multiple booking is available, we’ll enable it.
Appointments may be rescheduled only if requested at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled time, subject to availability and at the sole discretion of Inessa Empire.

Tuesday to Friday:
- 10:00 AM
- 12:30 PM
- 02:30 PM
- 05:00 PM
- 07:00 PM
Saturday:
- 10:00 AM
- 12:30 PM
- 02:30 PM
- 05:00 PM
All services are non-refundable.
Due to the nature of our services (time-based and reserved appointments), we do not offer refunds or cancellation for:
- Missed appointments
- Late cancellations
- Change of mind
We kindly request you to try booking again. On a rare occasion, bank servers might be busy, or there could be issues on their end. If the problem persists, we recommend contacting your card issuing bank for further assistance and clarity.
You will receive an email from us confirming your chosen appointment time.
We kindly request you to check your Junk folder in case the email lands there.
If you are a first-time user, on successful booking of an appointment, your username and password will also be automatically generated and sent to your email address.
You can then log in to the “My Account” section of our website to view your confirmed appointment.
If your payment was successful but you didn’t receive an email confirmation.

Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice (“no-show”) will result in:
- 100% of the appointment fee being charged or retained, and
- Possible restriction or refusal of future bookings.
THINGS TO REMEMBER
- Please mark all emails from bookings@inessaempire.com as safe so they appear in your inbox rather than the junk folder.
- There is no requirement to register on our website. Whenever you make a booking with us, a user ID and password will be generated and sent to you.
- All bookings made will be visible under the “My Account” section of our website.
- No pre-confirmation is required, as we will have all your details for your booked appointment.
- All bookings are final and non-cancellable. Once an appointment is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
