Upon successfully booking, you will receive a confirmation email with your chosen appointment time.
Please check your Junk folder if you do not see the email in your inbox.

*If you are a first-time user, you will also receive an email with your username and password.
This information will allow you to view your appointment details in the “My Account” section of our website.

1. PAYMENT

We accept payment via cash, debit, and credit cards.
Full or partial advance payment (deposit) is required to secure all appointments. The amount may vary depending on the service(s) requested. No appointment is confirmed until payment is received.

We reserve the right to request full payment in advance at our discretion.
All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

2. APPOINTMENTS, DEPOSITS & TIME ALLOCATION

All services are booked for specific time slots and stylists. These slots are reserved exclusively for you.
Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or rescheduling. Full charges may still apply.

3. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY

We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance: deposit may be transferred once
Cancellations within 48 hours: up to 100% of the booking fee may be retained
Repeated cancellations may result in refusal of future bookings

4. NO-SHOW POLICY

Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice will be treated as a no-show.
In such cases:

100% of the booking amount will be charged or retained, and
Future bookings may be declined

5. REFUNDS (SERVICES)

While we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction, all salon services are non-refundable.
Due to the nature of our business—where time, preparation, and scheduling are allocated exclusively—refunds will not be issued for:

Missed appointments
Late cancellations
Change of mind

If you are dissatisfied with a service, you must notify us within 48 hours of your appointment. We may, at our discretion, offer a corrective service where appropriate.
